| - As I continue to embark on this journey known as moving for the second time in the last three months, it has been quite an adventure getting to know various service providers as I start to tackle some of the stuff on "the list" that always accompanies any more into a new place.
Now that I have gotten some of the basic services nailed down, I decided to do some research into powerwashing companies as my new place is not new construction, so it is starting to show its' age a bit. I figured what better way to spruce up the exterior than to restore that original luster and shine by finding a company that can give it a professional and thorough pressure wash, and I thought what better place to start my research than on Yelp of course!
As I read through the various reviews, I eventually decided to get estimates from 4 different pressure waash companies who each had solid praise from my fellow yelpers. All of the 4 companies did a great job in terms of responding quickly and thoroughly to my estimate request, and at the end of the day, they were all pretty comparable in price as well, so why did I decide to go with Dave and Big Clean LLC....
Well, those of you who have read any of my previous reviews knows that I put a huge emphasis on customer service and from the first time I communicated with Dave of Big Clean LLC, he demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that helped make the choice an easy one and (spolier alert)...he delivered on each and every expectation and I will definitely recommend him in the future to anyone looking for a power washing company.
I believe that the easiest thing in the world is to find a company that will do a job on the cheap, as those places are a dime a dozen in the home services industry. But, to actually find a company that provides a solid value while also maintaining a high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence is like finding that proverbial needle in a haystack, but Big Clean, LLC proved to be that needle and they will definitely be my pressure washing company of choice moving forward. Dave was very responsive out of the gate and had no issue answering questions in a timely fashion as we were able to set up the entire job via email which was a huge plus!
He displayed transparent communication regarding price, availability and scheduling from start to finish and he sought to truly understand the extent of the work by asking me simple questions, so that he could provide a customized quote rather than simply quoting me a generic number from a computer program.
Every step of the process was a breeze, as Dave was very flexible in terms of working around my crazy schedule and he exhibited a genuine desire to build a long term relationship grounded in premium quality work at honest and fair prices with friendly, efficient and superior service. The exterior of the home and the patio look absolutely amazingly as his cleaning process easily makes the home look at least 10 years younger than it actually is, and to say I am impressed is an understatement, and this is coming from a guy who does not impress easily!
Now, I know there are a lot of options out there when it comes to pressure washing a home, but I can honestly say that Big Clean LLC delivered on my expectations and it is with great excitement that I welcome locally owned and operated pressure washing company Big Clean LLC into my 5 Star Club.
