Excellent experience! If you order "off the stone," which I recommend, they bring your meat out on a hot stone and give you some instruction on the best way to cook your meat. The seasonings are on the table, so you can decide the level and type of flavor to add to your masterpiece. There are many options for sides, including a salad bar, complementary bread for the table, and friendly staff. When I was there, live music was also playing (at a reasonable volume for the restaurant) which added nice ambiance. Four stars because when it gets busy in the evening, they may assume you're familiar with cooking steak and give minimal instruction. Make sure to ask questions about cooking your meal if you're not sure.
