| - I have been disappointed in this hotel each time I've stayed here. I continue to stay, though, due to the convenience to the airport and my work, as well as the negotiated rate with my company. I've had so many issues, from being in the room directly below the concierge lounge, to having no toiletries, to having no towels. Each time I have let the front desk know, and they are very friendly and willing to listen (try to take care of it right away), but after staying here at least 7 days a month, I would have expected some things to improve. The elliptical machines all have TV's on them, but none work. Five months ago I talked with the front desk about this, and they said they'd have maintenance look at the equipment, but never has even 1 of the four worked. Then finally this week when I asked again, they said all the equipment was going to be replaced so they won't be fixing the machines. Also, the hot tub was boarded up, so two of the amenities weren't available. I gave this place 3 stars, though, because I think they are very nice, I can't complain about the concierge lounge (they have a new selection of hot foot at night, great selection of breakfast in the mornings, and discounted drink specials), and the convenience to the airport (they have a shuttle) is really nice. Overall, this is an okay hotel, but I wouldn't choose to stay here if I was in Pittsburgh on personal travel.
