rev:text	Seriously the worst and most over priced nail salon I have ever been to. I go in for a "gel manicure&pedicure" which usually isn't too pricey OR hard to do. They worked on both my pedicure and manicure at the same time, which I could understand why they would do that if they were busy...but they weren't. Whatever, no big deal. While I'm getting my pedicure the lady asks if I want her to "remove callus" ...I don't have callus but if you mean make my feet soft and smooth then yes! So we go on with the process. There's kids fighting in the back and running back and forth, they're speaking to eachother in their language the entire time...something happens and all the working ladies on the floor immediately stopped what they were doing and walked away from the customers with no explanation...odd. The woman doing my nails asks if I want a design, I say yes I would like a flower design on one finger of each hand. When she does the "design" she doesn't use any tools...except a toothpick. She literally makes dots with the nail polish brush and then uses a toothpick to make a line in the middle of each dot, slaps a rhinestone in the middle and calls it a "design". Now there is one large flower smack dab in the middle of my nail. Seriously? BUT to avoid any more stress I let her finish and was going to keep my opinion to myself. Then the woman doing my toes does a design...her design was actually cute! But it looked nothing like the flower on my fingers. So after it was all said and done i ask my total and they tell me $75...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! There were extra charges for the designs, fine. But an extra charge to scrub my feet with a pumice stone?! WTF I THOUGHT THATS PART OF A PEDICURE???? I don't pay nearly as much for acrylic and it's a lot more work. This causes me to tell her since its so over priced then I want these hideous flowers removed from my fingers. She goes on to tell me it's too much work and she would rather not charge me for the flowers instead of doing it over. Needless to say I ended up paying 70$ and walking out of there before I ended up really hurting someone's feelings. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. NO customer service skills and serious lack of talent.
