Sadly, I just had the worst experience here and can no longer frequent this store. After there was a system error with the mobile app and my order unknowingly went through twice, I got to the store and they had 2 drinks. I tried to explain to the barista that I only ordered 1 and what might've happened, but she just shoved the drinks to me and said "now you have 2." When I asked if she could fix it, she just said Nope. While I appreciate that the mobile app is not their problem and I can see why baristas hate it, customer service is their business. It doesn't take any extra money or time to be kind and at least let me know how to contact the right department about mobile app issues. I know you're a busy store and won't notice, but I won't be back.
