  • I wish I could give zero stars. We tried to fix a leaky shower ourselves and broke the pipe coming out of the wall. I called them at 4pm and they said they would be there same night. Which they were. In their ad it says they don't charge extra for nights and weekends. Now I know why. They gouge you at any time of the day. He told us it would take three hours to fix the problem. It took him an hour and a half. The cost? $1005.94. With about $100 in parts. I found out later it could have been done for less than $300. Totally my fault for feeling rushed and just going with them. I should have waited until the next day and gotten another estimate. They had us over a barrel and knew it.
