I have used Martin's, The Flower People, for many many years both for any personal orders I may have, and then when I was in office positions where I was responsible for ordering flowers for various occasions, I used them for business purposes as well. I generally depend on their choices and advice and they always make up beautiful arrangements. I always like to get Lynne on the phone.
When I ordered flowers for my boss' birthday and service anniversary a few months ago, I found out that they were delivered to her home very late in the day which was a bit disappointing. I sent an email to Lynne expressing my concern. She responded with the explanation (which was quite reasonable) and apologies; offered to waive the delivery charge. I advised that that was absolutely not necessary, I had just wondered about the late delivery. However, when I received my credit card bill I found that she had in fact gone ahead and not charged for delivery.
I would not go anywhere else for my flower orders.
