They treat Veterans and Firefighters like garbage (no respect!) The worst car buying experience I have ever had. The internet manager gave me his word on a vehicle price which, I later found out he had no Authority to do so according to the dishonest manager that made the experience hell. I drove 3hrs from Yuma based on a lie. This dealership does not give a crap about you!! I literally tried to walk out twice in hopes they would honor the deal. I only came back because I had been dropped off. Also the vehicle was advertised as Certified which the manager later hustled me and said it was going to cost $550 to keep it certified. I came with with a check from my bank made payable to that dealership and that vehicle VIN based on a lie that it would cost me a specific amount to include everything as advertised on the vehicle. Then the manager used some greasy tactics to get me to fill out a stupid credit Application which I obviously didn't need. The situation was so uncomfortable that the Salesman and the woman at the front desk were actually empathic and tried to console me. The manger lied and said we just need a credit app as a security in case there's a issue with the check, which was another lie!! I checked my credit and sure enough there was two inquires from this dirt bag dealership. I even told them my bank has a specific number for them to verify the funds and they are one of the best credit unions (Navy Fed). The only reason I bought the vehicle is because sadly it was still cheaper than Yuma's dealerships and I didn't have a damn ride home to Yuma!!
Military, Veterans, Firefighters and Police Officers STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
