  • This was the classic car dealership scenario......vultures waiting to get your business. Yet, no one helped. We had an appointment and had to wait over 15 mins for help. Then had to wait another 10 mins for them to find the keys, just for them to come back to tell us the car already sold! What a waste of my time and the customer service there can seriously use some major work. Very disappointed and will probably never go there again! Thank you Showcase Honda for all your help and AWESOME customer service!!!!
