Signed up for their membership shortly after they opened. I was convinced by all the health benefits of massages during my pregnancy. At the time they only had one certified prenatal therapist but was told they would certify more. I have now called on 3 different occasions (one of which I was able to book an appointment but they called to cancel because the therapist was ill) and have been unable to get in. No point to the membership if I can't get in and they now only have 2 certified prenatal therapist. I will be canceling my membership.
Update as of 12/23 - I have still continued to go here I purchased a Groupon (3-90 min massages)
It is still very difficult to schedule an appointment due to their limited certified prenatal massage therapists. I called last September/early October to try and schedule an appointment on November (well in advance) and still no availability.
The reason I do continue to go here is because my massage therapist is great and very knowledgeable (when available).
I received a 90 min massage today and it was great.
However, I received a phone call yesterday from elements regarding my appointment at noon. At first they needed to confirm the duration... computer stated 90mins but I was only booked for an hour. I was asked if I could come in earlier (11am instead of noon). I could not accommodate the adjustment in time because I already had an ultrasound scheduled that morning. No big deal she said she would adjust time on the other end. I thought everything was settled until I received an email confirmation of my appointment stating my appointment was at 1pm.
So I made sure I called the morning of my appointment to confirm that my appointment was in fact at noon for 90 mins.
