This is my normal Starbucks that I go to because it is literally right by my house and Monday through Friday it's perfect because I always get a good morning happy chipper voices and quick service. But just this morning on a Sunday I go there and it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive-through and now almost late for work and as I got to the window she didn't apologize for the wait didn't even say good morning just verified the drink scanned my phone didn't say have a good day or anything just walked away from the window. I have never seen her there before she had glasses and braces and looks like she really just didn't care. It's not the level of service I would expect from Starbucks that I visit almost daily. Now I will be considering either trying a different location or going back to Dunkin' Donuts. I signed up for the gold member awards because I was always here that frequently and one of the girls on the weekdays told me that I could get more benefits by how much I was there. Totally shocked the level of service I received today and the drink was made incorrectly as well.
