  • This is my second visit here. Sad to say it was horrible customer service. My husband and I know the manager first visit made us feel very welcomed. Now for the employees this what this post is for. I came at 4:35pm to get a SIMPLE oil change. When I pulled in they were all minding their business when I drove up they started to close up. I said Sir it's 4:35pm you close at 5pm. Told me to leave to come back at 7am. This is a huge establishment I'm so baffled and confused they would close the door 35 mins prior to closing. Now a days people don't give a care about their job. And because it's not their own business they definitely DO NOT CARE! People like this need to loose their job. So they stop playing games with someone's business. Maybe they will start caring when they have no job to go to. So now I had to leave find a place to get a oil change. I found a jiffy lube on eastern I got there at 4:50 pm they close at 5pm. Guess what ! They took me and another person pulled into the drive way! Talk about loving your job. I love these people pick their occupation then complain when it's time to get down to business. I will be in contact with the manager as well. Your employees NEED to be spoke to about closing establishment before the time says!!!!
