  • "Kill em with kindness" has to be the mantra that the employees are taught. Each and every employee was kinder and chattier than the next! Great service, and a lot of places can definitely learn a few things from Dutch Bros' training manual. 1) Parking lot available but we did the drive thru which has 2 lines feeding into it. It moves decently fast. 2) The drive thru lines were a little long but they were moving along well enough. 3) The employees were really helpful in selecting drinks, but I wish they had an easier menu to look at with prices and all. 4) I got the small vanilla latte (hot) for about $4. It was good but not amazing or anything, will probably try something different the next time I go there. 5) Servers were fast at getting drinks out and getting people on their way--very considerate, too as they doubled up the cups to prevent the cup from burning my hand while holding. 6) Service was OUTSTANDING and I can't wait to come back to try another drink--hopefully it's better than what I got last!
