I had a horrible experience in the children's section at this location. It began with the sales associate giving misinformation and ended with a rude tailor. The sales associate insisted free alterations are included with every purchase. She proceeded to contact the tailor. We waited ~30 minutes before I asked if he was still coming. When she called again, they claimed he may "have gotten lost?" Odd. When he finally arrived, another 15 minutes later, he continuously addressed my fiancee while I was the one answering the questions. Finally he charges me $14 for the alterations, and I was not able to pick the pants up for THREE weeks. Most places typically charge $10 with a one week turnaround. Now that it is over 70 degrees in Phoenix, I doubt he will even wear the pants.
Tip: if you promise a customer free alterations and they wait 45 mins for the tailor, you should probably find a way to comp the alterations.
If I wanted terrible service, I'd have gone to Target.
