  • They came out quickly. Trey knew the issue about the water heater and found that the original installer had failed to install a certain sediment trap which did not meet code. He installed the gadget and fixed the water heater so that it would work properly. Trey was professional and knowledgeable. They did not try to sell me a new water heater. The fee was fair.I would definitely do business with them again.
