  • Staff was very nice. P.A. was very apologetic about the wait, but four hours for urgent care with an ear infection for a seven year old is a bit extreme. I only say extreme because we were told two hours and then sat in the exam room another two after being told there were two in front of us. I understand triage procedures, but "come on" at least be honest with your clients!!!! Facilites were very clean, all were professional and the security guard kept order with the kids running around the waiting area (thank you for that). Will try to find another place next time.
