  • Took 2 blinds for repair, they said they would call for an estimate. Never did happened to go by there 2 weeks later, was informed that the blinds were repaired and it would cost $150. The manager heard my conversation and came out swinging and told me that I should have called. Terrible customer service. I paid and would never recommend or go back to this place. Just because they were better blinds that extracted as much money as possible.
