  • Was not very satisfied w my experience here. To begin, I don't feel the assessment of the car was correctly done. I made the mistake of walking in saying exactly what I thought it was, which I knew was about to be about $800 repair. I think that may have precluded them from doing a full check, that could have potentially saved me money. Neither here nor there, I had the valve gasket cover repaired. As quoted, it was about $800. I figured since I was there, I would see how my brakes were since the light had just come on. Was quoted $1100 for brake pads and rotors. Called my dad who has done car repairs his whole life, and he said buy the pads and rotors and I'll do them...so the cost went from $1100 to about $350 (cost of materials). That tells me the markup on labor is exponentially high, which I don't love. Definitely made me realize I would "shop around for pricing" before going back. I will say the staff was friendly and the place seemed very clean.
