  • I had bought a Groupon & made an appointment @ 9am. @ 930 am receptionist informed me that Jonathan was running late due to car troubles. Jonathan then took the initiative to text me and rescheduled for 12pm. I killed some time in the area & showed up again. He took me into a room with 2 seats & another gentleman sat in another seat & had his teeth whitened also. He did put protection on my gums. The mouth piece was a bit uncomfortable. I also wore protective eye wear. The only feedback I have is to explain the process before and ask if they have any questions before putting mouth piece on. I'm assuming he was trying to hurry & make up for me having to wait around for him. The only reason it's 4 stars & not 3 is because he did take the time to text me, reschedule, & take off the consultation fee. I read other reviews of him showing up late, but I thought things were different 6 months down the road.
