  • Great property. Check in was a breeze. There was a new agent in training being helped by another agent or supervisor, not sure, but the transaction went very well, with no issues, and I was using a special rate that required a bit more work, and it was seemless. Had some room requests noted, and the extra towels and pillow were brought to the room immediatly after check in. Room service was great. We did breakfast. It was right on time, hot, and yummy (and $50... but that's room service anywhere). Service was A+, room was A+, grounds were A+, location was B+ (not fault of the hotel by any means.. area was nice.. just remote, so I'm sure that is an A+ for many folks). We had a great stay, and I would have zero problem recommending this property.
