Pros: lots of washers and dryers. Reasonable price. The younger girl that always dresses nice is very helpful and happy! Love her!! They have a policy where they only allow service animals. And they are owned by a wonderful family!
Cons: the staff smokes and leaves the front door open and the inside of the Laundromat ends up smelling like smoke sometimes. (That's pretty disgusting especially since I don't smoke and don't want my kids clothes to smell like smoke either. And plus they are smoking and then going right to folding your clothes that you drop off. That's the reason why I NEVER drop off my clothes there. The older woman with the tattoos is always rude when I go there. One time she was raising her voice at me across the whole place. How embarrassing! And the staff needs to not treat the place like its home. They gossip about the owners "they are never here to help us" etc, they whine out loud about their pay "I don't get paid enough to do this!", they talk about their issues out loud so the whole world can hear them, newsflash ladies; Nobody wants to know if your friend is mad at you or about the drunk weekend you had!
Just wear headphones while doing laundry so you don't hear the staff. That's all.
