  • Terrible customer service. I was in the sales store today and after a 10 plus minute wait was able to speak with a sales representative. Asked him if they had an Arca-swiss type clamp assembly, in a huff he responded they carry no Arca products. I tried to clarify I was looking for an Arca-swiss type assembly and he became impatient with me and said he had no assemblies, just plates but didn't offer to show me any. After he walked away I spent a few minutes looking around the store and found exactly what I was looking for locked in a display case. Waited at the display counter for another 15 minutes but could not get a "sales rep" to come over. We wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing; I'll be calling B&H from now on.
