We started treatment one year ago, with our middle daughter. We already had an older child go through braces, so we believed we knew what to expect.
We finally decided to find someone else and transfer after a year. We just feel that the office doesn't do a quality job on seating brackets. When you call them on it, they give you a run around. Our new office even stated that a lot of her brackets need to be taken off and reseated properly and/or way more straight. Appointments are hard to make and rescheduling can take days to happen and you may have to wait another few weeks to get in.
