| - Anymore, it is not often that you feel as though you are doing business with an organization that embodies the total meaning of the words 'quality service'; and, that it moves you so considerably you slow down and share your great service in writing. This experience I am speaking of I encountered not once, but twice, with Atlas Plumbing.
My initial encounter was at the end of June when my grandmother phoned me while I was traveling, frantic and concerned over a water leak outside her home. My grandmother is 92, therefore not being physically able to be there to take care of the matter, and reassure her, was daunting for me.
I phoned Atlas Plumbing. My call was answered by the most caring and calming voice belonging to Ms. Vicky H. She was seriously invested in a solution and was also amenable to my conferencing in my grandmother to access the water problem that I was unable to explain. The call required the patience of a saint to endure as I was a ball of nerves because I could not be there and my grandmother was a wreck.
Ms. Vicky was kind and never made either of us feel rushed. She dispatched a tech by the name of Troy Ray within a couple of short hours. It was a main line leak, along with a couple of other issues. Troy kept me abreast throughout the process by phone so that I may intern keep my grandmother calm.
I can go on and on about the high level of service, or the rapid response to the matter, or even the quality of work; although, nothing sent me over the top and moved me more than words could express than the way that worked with my fixed income grandmother over her payment. This had taken her down from a nervous sick fit to a place of calm and ease. It was an above and beyond like no other.
The second encounter was a week later. Fast forward to 4th of July when again I am out of Vegas traveling and my property is suffering an internal waste flood from the toilet. Water had to be shut off and the home reeked. My warranty company could not get a service tech out right away. I then decided to pay out of my pocket and contact someone who had earned my trust, Atlas Plumbing. I dealt with the same amazing, reassuring Ms. Vicky who had sent Bryce Ray out to my home; and again, the same level of expedient timely response, quality service, constant communication, and workmanship.
Clearly, the company not only is family owned and/or operated but they also treat their customers, new and current, like they really matter...like they are family. The total culture is refreshing and needed. Thank you so much to the extraordinary team (Ms. Vicky, Troy and Bryce) at Atlas Plumbing. I would not only recommend you over and over again, I would insist that anyone I care about use your services.
