  • Stayed here because we got a great deal on a name your price deal online. Was a bit iffy about it at first because it's not actually on the strip, very close, but it's a bit west. However it turned out to be a great stay. The hotel/casino is very small, so pay attention or you'll miss it. When we pulled into the self park garage we noticed for the first time the difference between this place and the mega resorts around town, the structure is very small yet it was very easy to find a spot near the elevators. Well, the garage is so small I guess all spots are near the elevators. We carried our luggage down the elevator, through the casino, then outside where you have to cross the valet/taxi drop off to get to the lobby, it's basically two separate buildings. Later on we found out there's actually a cross bridge on the 2nd level, so that you don't have to walk through the cars. Once we arrived to check in, there was only one person ahead of us so we assumed it'd be very quick. It wasn't a super long wait but for only one person it took a long time. It turns out they had to verify with house keeping that our room was ready......really? It was 5-6pm already! Once we were assigned our room it was a very short walk to the elevator, then from the elevator to our room. The room was very nice, incredibly spacious, bed was huge and probably the most comfortable bed ever, bigger tv than most hotels, maybe a 55", dual closets, very relaxing shower. Building windows are tinted red so room has a pinkish hue, kind of annoying if you ask me, wife said it felt kind of "sexy", easily fixed by closing curtains though. The whole vibe of the hotel is very quiet and relaxing. If you want to be in the center of all the action, you wanna party hard or do some hard core gambling, this is definitely not the spot to be. But if you want a more relaxed experience, not having to deal with all the hussle and bussle of one of the huge resorts, you will like it here.
