  • Do not pay until you carefully inspect all of their work. Whatever excuse they give you like they are "wrapping up", don't buy it. They took off as soon as they got paid. I couldn't believe all the broken glass they left behind, both inside the house and outside. Really large shards, some over 10 inches long. I have young children and they could have badly injured themselves. What sort of glass company doesn't even make an effort to pick up glass THEY broke in order to replace the window? My carpet was covered in shards of glass. Also, the panel they replaced was covered with putty from the install. They took no additional time to clean the glass, so i had to get a ladder out there and clean their mess. Just a very sloppy, unprofessional job. They just took off as soon as they were paid.
