This is the worst service I have ever received! The service manager refused to speak to me and just kept sending messages with his employer. I bought the car a year ago and it has given me constant problems. My car now needs the air bags serviced ( a manufacture problem) and they want to leave me car less for 4 days and I have to pay 50 dollars deposit. I should be getting accommodated for any inconvenience. I have dealt with HONDA in the past and they pride themselves in customer service! It is with much regret that I came to this dealership.
Please save yourself the agony of dealing with unprofessional employees who have no sense of customer service not to mention low quality vehicles.
