  • The waitress we had tonight gave us the worst service we've ever received from anyone. She treated us as if we were an imposition on her time. I had to speak to the manager once during the meal because we asked her for sauce and it took her almost ten minutes to get us 'prepackaged' sauce. Then when she gave us our check, she then went to the front to have a long chat with the hostess and we waited almost 20 minutes before getting up to go to the front and pay for our meal. As we were walking to the front the same waitress passed me, twice, and completely ignored me. I then told my husband to go get her tip from the table and asked the hostess to process my bill. The hostess then went over to the waitress, in front of me, and told the waitress I wasn't giving her a tip and they both started laughing about it. The waitress then came and slammed the bill with my credit card in front of me and said in a nasty tone," Have a nice night!" and stalked off. I then told her to get the manager and advised her on her rude and disgusting behaviors/customer service. She then walked over to the bar, where the manager was making a drink, and she advised that a customer wanted to see him. He asked her why and she stated ," oh I was rude to her". They then joked about it, in front of me and my family, and she walked away. The manager came over to us and apologized for the waitresses behavior, but after all of the above I was disgusted. I really hope to talk to a general manager, or possibly one of the Wahlburgers to find out why these behaviors are tolerated and encouraged amongst the staff.
