  • Big selection and some of it is priced reasonably. If all you want is some alcohol at a good price then this is the place. That's probably what most people are looking for and for that it's a great place to shop. If you need assistance finding something or would like some suggestions this is probably not the place for that. Customer service is some of the worst I have experienced. I asked one of their employees for directions to a liquor I was looking for, because they tend to move things around. He completely ignored me and turned away. I asked a second time so that everyone in the aisle could hear me. He walked away without even acknowledging me. I could not believe it. I wouldn't do that to anyone, let alone the people that support the store and my job. Maybe the guy was deaf? I tried telling myself that because I could not believe anyone could be so rude on purpose. This company needs to teach their employees the value of good customer service. I wasn't even asking this TW&M representative to do anything except tell me the aisle to go to.
