  • The old Star Cinema has gone through substantial upgrades, joining the trend of big comfy reclining chairs with footrests and electronic controls. They also have a bar now. By virtue of being the only IMAX theater in town, and the only theater in town where you can put as much butter on your own popcorn as you want, it is my favorite theater in town. The discounts that come with the Stubz program make it worth joining and make it worth going to a participating theater like this one. Like a lot of theaters, you also get free refills on the large popcorn and sodas.
