| - What a horrible store!!!
I went Aug 19,2016 to this store,and there was sales person Trevor was helped me. But he made mistake. I asked him to transfer 4 numbers from Sprint to At&t but he transferred only 2 numbers from Sprint. And when I asked him,where should I return my old devices from sprint he answered me,simply drop to their store.
The next 2 days,I went to this store with my 4 sprint devices at afternoon. Looks like they was busy with new stocks arrivals. One white tall guy with glass on told me I have to go att.com/trade in. I said okay I wastes my time but that's ok and drive back ro home.
Once I got home, I went to att.com/tradein and ordered packages for send my devices.
Sep.3 I got packages from at&t trade in
I went post office and sent all 4devices(from sprint) to at&t
Sep.12 I went in the morning to pay my bill. Benjamin was helped me to process my payment.
Sep.20 I realized Trevor didn't transfer other 2 numbers from Sprint (the day I've received Bill from sprint that they still charge me other 2 numbers that Trevor didn't transfer) so I decided to go this retail store on afternoon. And on this day, I've received extremely horrible services!!! When I entered,there was tall black guy with tattoo on his hand. I tell him about my problems and ask him about solutions.
But he act like he don't understand me at all
I explained to him 4 devices have to be transfer but only 2 numbers was transfer. But he keep mentioned aboout 6devices or add services. And keep making memo on my receipt paper to make them messy
Also he keep tells me Trevor is a SMART GENIUS GUY he never mistakes.
Huh? He don't even know whats going on and he haven't heard from Trevor what was happen exactly and judged.
Okay your coworker is smart genius guy but he made mistakes. And when he says like that, looks like he made me the person whose very ignorance person.
Also he said 'we dont have any responsibility about this problem cause sprint is your account even we made mistakes' wth
Moreover,him and one Mexican guy keep asked me ' do you even know how Trevor looks like?' They looked at me suspiciously. I answered, yes he is black tall guy.
And they says,
'okay but I'm stay in this store all days but how come I don't see you?'
Wtf Seriously does he knows what he trying to telling?
I was very upset, so I try to explained to him there was another guy looks like hispanic. And that Mexican guy with glass on tells me 'I'm the only Mexican guy in here~'
They tried to play with me.
Fortunately, there was one guy just came in to the store named Benjamin ( who helped to get process my payment) so I asked me that he know me, and Benjamin answered yes I remember her. And he answered really friendly.
After that, those two jerks try to avoid to speaking.
He asked me, 'Why don't you try to call your old numbers in sprint?'
Omg.
If you thought they transferred your numbers already,and retured all devices, why the hell have to call to old numbers?
He asked me again,why you keep holding 1month and came now? OH LORD. BECAUSE I JUST GOT RECEIVED A BILL FROM SPRINT!!
he don't even listnen me and dont know what was happen,
He keep talks whatever he wants without thinking
After that, he almost kicked me out and tells me I will call to you after we speak to Trevor.
So nothing fixed, no solutions, no calls until now
If you're expecting nice at&t services, don't come here.
They will add so much stresses to you
Horrible services ever in my life!!
