  • Just had my first experience and it was awful. I was excited because my friends had talked it up so much, that I waiting until we got into town to get my nails done! Long story short my nails are short, and have had gel done a dozen times. This nail tech kept criticizing me for having short nails while making up excuses and blaming me that she couldn't paint them all the way! I find I rude to be insulted while I'm paying for a service and to have some doing a terrible job. She didn't even put a top coat on my toes! I spent $50 for a pedicure and gel application, that I just want to take off and get someone else to do it.
