  • Dr. Newman is a kind and "well-degreed" professional with a lovely staff. However, it was not until I had cataract surgery last week that I appreciated his meticulous care and attention to detail. You have to be awake for the surgery (yes - it is a bit daunting - but you will survive!), and I could observe firsthand his great effort in caring for this eye. It has some scar tissue, and I am impressed and moved by the great zeal he has to give me the best vision he possibly can. There is a car commercial that talks about "the relentless pursuit of perfection", and this reminds me of Dr. Newman. I am thanking God that I found this doctor, and I highly recommend him.
