  • The ABSOLUTE worst hotel experience of my life traveling. Customer service is non existent and I will say this as politely as I can, everyone at the front desk are idiots. They do nothing but argue with you, even after you show them in writing what someone else has already told you. I am here for a week long training and the company that does the training puts you up in this hotel, otherwise I would not stay here. Been nothing short of frustrating anytime I have to deal with anyone. Would not recommend it at all!
