I have been to Fiesta Filipina Cuisine a few times and enjoy it each time I go. They usually switch up some of the foods they make, but they always have the main Filipino dishes like adobo, pancit and lumpia. They make this really good melon juice with fresh juice, shaved ice, and sugar. It is mainly what I come to this restaurant for! They are always very nice, and the inside is decorated nice with TFC playing in the background. I definitely get a Filipino vibe when I'm here.
The only reason I couldn't give this restaurant five stars is because the amount of oil they use in their dishes. Their corn beef hash has so much oil I have to let it pour out of my spoon before I eat it. Every dish has a ton of oil in it. I don't feel that they need that much oil to cook these dishes either! They would taste just as good without the excess oil!
Overall it is a must try if you live in the area. It is a great place to try several Filipino dishes, if you are new to Filipino food.
