rev:text	I chose this company mainly because at the time of my fathers death they were the only ones that were available to speak to me about what services they provided. I regret ever choosing them. The lady I dealt with mainly was Crystal. She at first was very helpful. But as the time went on she made promises and time frames that she never kept. When discussing the cremation she used the word "torching" and it was so disturbing. My mother still can't get it out of her head. She was no assistance on choosing an urn. Just handed my mom a catalog. No professionalism what so ever. She said my father would be ready in 3 days. Come 4 days later she claimed they were waiting for death certificate. Then 6 days later she was waiting for Veterans flag. Then 7 days later, she told me my father wasn't even cremated yet! Made promises every day that he would be ready and when that day came would make another excuse why he wasn't. Come 8 days later he was finally ready and she passed the blame on the receptionist, saying she was suppose to take care of paperwork and didn't. Bottom line is, Crystal was making excuses instead of just being honest. Every day I had to tell my mother a different story on why my dad wasn't ready yet. Finally we pick my Father up and the Urn is wrong. We asked for a plane. I showed Crystal the picture. She writes it down and a completely different plane is on the urn. My father wasn't a pilot of a commercial airline!! We asked for a picture of a plane that has a propeller. So disappointed! I regret using his company and I can't apologize enough to my mom for using them. She was and is devastated on how they handle the situation. You pay $900 for "Professional Services" and I didn't get one penny of it. Please DO NOT chose this company to handle your loved ones. You are already hurting, don't let them cause you more pain and grief.
