| - We have been customers of most primary cell phone providers including AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon. They took our money, fast-talked us through the multitude of "fine print" documents, shooed us out the door, and answered our patronage downline with deplorable customer service, apparent outright lies, refusal to follow written company return policies, and overcharges. It is discouraging to see American business reflect these values and behaviors, but, given human nature, one must suppose such charlatanism has always ruled commercial enterprise.
Given the foregoing, we were absolutely bowled over by the reception and treatment accorded at the T-Mobile location listed above. John, best friend and compatriot Ryan, and Manager Nate were models (and I don't mean small plastic replicas) of professionalism, helpfulness and every attribute that defines excellence in customer service. They explained everything in detail, patiently answered each of many questions, and made the entire experience most enjoyable. As time passed more questions arose, and we felt welcomed and valued with every inquiry.
We are happy to give them the highest recommendation.
