  • Horrible. At the Box Office, the clerks name is 'Kippi'. She is the ruddest person ever. She was extremely impatient. We were purchasing tickets and inquiring information about a concert. She provided confusing data about seating but refused to clarify, expecting us tourists to fully understand Coloseums layout right away. She used demeaning terms such as 'didnt I already told you' and acting unprofessionally. We simply walked away instead of taking her abuse.
