  • Technician came on time but totally tried to rip me off. Told me that parts had failed and that it was not worth fixing. He recommended I replace the unit. Started at $5200. And went down to $3500. That price was JUST FOR TODAY I payed him 50$ and sent him on his way. Had someone else come out. He fixed it in 5 min (at no charge) and now I'm freezing my butt off !! A update to my earlier post. I was contacted by the owner of Las Vegas air con. And he personally apologized to me on behalf of his company ,you have to respect a company that admits to a mistake and wants to put things right .I did not want to gain anything by posting a bad review but Las Vegas air con offered to give me a brand new unit plus installation! I think that this shows how Las Vegas air con values its customers. I take my hat off to you. And thank you.
