  • Friendly staff, cheaper PO Boxes than Chandler Heights location, ample parking, and 24-hour self-service postage kiosk in lobby. However, it can get busy during peak hours if you need personal service or have to sign for certified mail pick up, etc. I don't like the screechy south lobby entrance door that gets stuck on the floor. That terrible screech sound that door makes because it's uneven & sticks really hurts your ears. Please fix it. It's been that way for years!
