rev:text	This place is ridiculous. It should not take me 20 minutes to get a tea. Way too much chitter chatter, just give us our food and drinks and move on. I cannot believe how slow they are. It pisses me off so much because I really do love their coffee and teas. Sometimes I just get angry having to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a simple drink. They talk too much to customers. It's OK to be friendly and show personality, but speed things up please.
