  • Update 1/2/18: 5 star service 1st service on vehicle purchased from this location. The waiting area is even more city luxury with a coffee shop, more seating, plugs, fast wifi etc. Made appt online for 1st service and service was completed quickly. Staff was nice, Car was left clean and I was able to work using WiFi the entire time. The drive was worth it. Thank you. 2016 Purchase: Normally when you contact a dealer on the internet for a car purchase they don't take you seriously until you visit the dealership. This was not the case. Thank you Steve Souther for continuously following up with me and going out of your way to find me the vehicle I want for payment I was looking for. I had visited 3 dealerships so far in phoenix (north Scottsdale being the worst and not making deals at all) and none wanted to give me what my trade was worth. Driving to arrowhead was worth it, you are an extremely nice guy and that is the reason why I didn't deviate, never change. Steve has the deal and papers ready when I arrived along with a loaner vehicle until my new one arrived. This was the easiest, quickest transaction ever. My future purchases and referrals will go to you.
