I am updating this review, as Value City seems to have stepped up and looked to rectify a bad situation. We called the store and spoke with a person who was very helpful in trying to explain how things went wrong, and we also sent an email complaint to Value City support. Not sure which contact made the difference, but regardless, they were able to deliver the CORRECT table and all chairs today, as opposed to some nebulous date in May. I have to applaud this effort. Next time we need furniture, we will consider this Value City.
