  • Literally everything at this joint is delicious. I'm a cross-country coffee nerd, and was expecting PublicUS-quality coffee with some great snacks. Without saying which is better, I'll just say Jared & Co. nailed it. Their house nut milk makes the most balanced, crave-worthy latté ever. It's a revelation for your pal's that "aren't latté people." The sandos are compact yet hearty, and the dish I least expected to like the least I'm in love with: The overnight oats & chia. But the best thing about Vesta is their simple commitment to hospitality. The service is fast (a rarity for LV craft coffee) and always genuinely welcoming. Today we walked in [unwittingly] after closing. Alyssa noted the time, and offered to make us a round of drinks excluding the items that req'd equipment that was already powered down. No fuss. In a town where F&B often closes *before* posted hours w/ little to no regard for the guest, it's a thoroughly refreshing addition. Hopefully, they become a trendsetter in both service and fare.
