  • We came here for the Christmas festivities and more specifically to take my niece and nephew ice skating. They has never been ice skating before and drove 3 hours for the trip. We had been planning this trip for over a month. We called twice the day we were going (today) to get the details down. When we arrived we were told the last skate session was sold out and we could not get in without wristbands . No one had previously mentioned these wristbands to us. We explained the situation to manager Jennifer Shin and she was able to give us wristband and get us in in the VIP line. This was the nicest act of kindness I have ever experienced at an establishment and above and beyond customer service. This made my niece and nephews nigjt as well as that of my fiancee and I.Give Jennifer Shin a raise and a promotion. She is a rock star!
