  • I called in to see how much it would cost for me to get my hair dyed honey/honey blonde, trimmed and flat ironed. I was advised it would be $100. The day I ended up getting the service I was then charged $115 and I still tipped her $15.00 which was $5.00 less than I was originally going to tip but I felt they were wrong for not charging the original quoted price. I figured it was on my hair for a lengthy period of time as she went outside to smoke, and sit in the chair using her phn and watching the transgender show Strut. To say the least, my hair didn't come out honey as I requested it came out platinum. It was awful!!! The stylist knew she had ruined my hair and kept saying oh wow it definitely lifted and we can tone it down if you'd like and I already put a purple toner conditioner on it. Because I didn't want to be a complaining client I tried to see if I slept on it would I be able to tolerate it. I woke up the following morning and realized it was a total disaster and I was so embarrassed I cried. I called immediately to advise I needed the stylist to tone it down. Once I went back for her to "ATTEMPT" to correct what she messed up on she advised after the fact that she needed to recharge me another $100.00 and it was still a hawt mess I just chose not to start any type of confrontation. I was appalled and beyond baffled at the fact 1 you charge me to try and fail at correcting horribly rendered services and 2 you wait until after the fact to tell me you're going to charge me? I think not!!! Everyone has already told me not to go there because their services were horrible. I had been there a couple times in the past for a flat iron only which still wasnt the best but it saves me from having to do it so I've been about 3x in the past for that service only. I do not recommend this place to anyone because they're not upfront at all and do not take ownership of their mistakes.
