  • Unfortunately I had to remove my 5-star review after my last experience here. They still do good shellac mani's, and good pedicures -- though their customer service has taken a turn for the worse in my opinion. I have been going there for about 9 months steady, and suddenly this week when I went in to get a mani-pedi special (a change from my regular shellac), they charged an additional $5 only to remove shellac. Look, I understand business, and it is only $5, but I switch from shellac to a regular manicure every 3 months or so so my nails get a break, and I have never been charged additional. Unfortunately this place is getting too busy and not honoring their previous prices, deals, or customers. Go somewhere else if you care about customer service and having a relaxing experience.
