  • Lazy Jane's is one of the true gems of Madison. I love bringing out of town guests here. The food is amazing and the eclectic decor is so representative of its east side location. Today I had the caprese scramble: eggs with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. It was wonderful. I often have the scramble with cream cheese and scallions. I like it so much I crave it. Don't forget to get your scone on while you're there, or take one to go. I'm not kidding, you'll never eat anything like it. They are so good I have bought them for work events at the office.
