  • For a LARGE theater, I can not believe there is only 1 washroom in the basement of the building. That is a big NO-NO in my book. The booster seats are located at coat check, so even though I didn't want my coat checked, I had to wait in a ridiculous line to get a complimentary booster seat for my kid, and those things weigh a ton! We were watching "Les Miserables" and we spent a fortune on good seats (Row F, on the aisle), and right when Cosette came on to sing her famous tune, her microphone wasn't working! OMG! I couldn't believe it! Sound engineer FAIL. Luckily we were sitting close enough that we could barely hear her, but I can guarantee, no one else sitting in the balconies, could. During the final number before the intermission, there was also a huge sound engineer FAIL, where there was loud feedback sounds during the singing. I'll think twice before coming back here to watch anything.
