  • Yes. Finally, something in Vegas similar to my beloved japanese market food court fare ( a la Mitsuwa Marketplace in CA and Hawaiian shopping mall fame). Quick OTC service and fabulously fresh noodles and ingredients- the egg on my #7 was apparently from an organic chicken in Japan. Love the simplicity and spot on execution. It's made my regular weekday rotation of restaurants.
